I was over charged
We are trying to watch Columbus Winterfest Volleyball tournament and the game coverage seems to ending before the games actually finish and the list if games to watch is not refreshing as games end and new games begin.
Horrible...streamed the wrong games and Overcharged me! I request a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
The offer for a silver membership said $12.99 per month, annual membership $155.88. I assumed I would be billed monthly, instead this is for an entire year billed immediately. I had two games to watch, today only. I would never have bought this for a year for a club volley ball game for a grand daughter, even though I love her dearly. I disputed all but $12.99 of the bill with my credit card company immediately on the same day, sent Baller TV a message informing them of that. We shall see what their reaction will be. I will let everyone know, far and wide, if they make this difficult.
I had the same problem. Additionally, when I tried logging with the membership after I paid, it told me that I had 0 credits and that I needed to upgrade to Gold. I had yet to watch a single game and my childs game had already started. So the only way I could watch the game was to do Gold. Figured I'd call in to Support later and get it sorted out. Turns out they don't have a phone number any more. Tried doing it through the Support folks via chat but they clearly weren't equipped to help. Very disappointing. Dropping phone support seems like the sort of thing you do when you have lots of issues and you hope people will find resolving them too difficult and just give up.
Don't purchase!
I spend the first 30 minutes each day at the start of the game with online support because they couldn't figure out why I couldn't access the game. Then the second day, there were online streaming issues so I couldn't watch the game at all.
All they will do is give me a 50% discount for next time! I want a refund for what I paid for and didn't receive.

I have had all the same issues everyone has raised. Upped my membership to still not be able to get in to see the live event. Now, I've paid a small fortune and will likely still not be able to see the event in Orlando!! Glad this the end of her high school days. Hope I don't need BallerTV to watch her college games!
