Live Streams
First, make sure you have enough bandwidth to play high quality video. If you are on a mobile device or public WiFi network, it could be due to your lack of bandwidth. If you have no problems with other related video sites (e.g. does YouTube work?), and just having problems with choppy playback it could be one of two things:
- Your Browser issue - Try refreshing your browser or closing your app and re-opening
-
BallerTV issue - Although BallerTV makes best efforts to provide high quality live streams, there are certain uncontrollable circumstances where the internet provided at a venue either slows down or stops completely. If this happens, please send a live stream issue report via live chat so we can provide assistance in real time.
We do record all games in HD quality so they can be uploaded after the game, so if for whatever reason we are unable to provide a smooth live stream during the game, rest assured that we will upload a full HD version within 1-2 weeks.
Video Replays (not Live)
If you are having issues with choppy video replays (not Live), BallerTV HD syncs every single stream within 1-2 weeks of the event conclusion date, so there's a chance we can recover the game in its full HD entirety. We suggest checking back on our website then.
Please feel free to reach out to our Support Team via live chat or email at support@baller.tv if you need more assistance with the video quality.
