Where's the rest of the video?

From time to time, BallerTV will encounter internet connection issues at specific venues. This can be due to a number of factors, but generally this is due to an event being:

(a) In an area of high congestion and network usage

(b) In a venue with weak signal from adjacent network towers

In the event this occurs, loss of game footage can occur, and viewers may be left with only a portion of the game to view online.

As long as our camera is recording, all footage is saved to BallerTV's recording devices. This footage can be manually recovered and uploaded to our servers, but the process can take up to 2-3 weeks.
